Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the unworn watch band and any included tools or accessories back into their original packaging to ensure protection during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
